The final registration deadline is June 2026. However, we encourage early registration as booth spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Early bird registrations (before March 2026) receive special discounts and priority in booth location selection.

Yes, we offer flexible payment plans for qualified exhibitors. Typically, a 50% deposit is required upon registration, with the balance due 30 days before the event. For large booth spaces or multiple booth purchases, custom payment arrangements can be discussed with our sales team.
